The Role

This role provides a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Peritonectomy Unit at St George Hospital to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria

  1. Ability to deliver quality customer service and a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding work environment
  2. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills including attention to detail, ability to prioritise workloads while meeting strict deadlines to ensure service delivery
  3. Experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response
  4. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to improve and contribute to improvements in practices and procedures
  6. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level
  7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and ability to work as part of team.
  8. Knowledge of Medical Terminology
