What you'll be doing
The primary purpose of MNC Virtual Care is to reduce preventable admissions and decrease length of hospital stay through virtual Urgent Care delivery, early intervention and care navigation to people who have been identified as at risk of Emergency Department presentation and hospitalisation. 

The Administrative Officer will provide a high level of administrative support to the MNC Virtual Care service. This role is responsible for all administrative functions relating to the day to day running of the care centre including; computer skills specifically MS Excel, patient registration and administrative data entry and data reconciliation, and answering telephone enquiries. 

The Administrative Officer will provide timely and accurate administrative services for all staff in the Virtual Care team in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.  

About You

You are a highly capable and adaptable administrative professional with sound knowledge of general administration procedures and the effective use of workplace technology. You possess strong computer skills and are proficient in a range of software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams, enabling you to deliver accurate and efficient administrative support in a busy work environment. Your well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills allow you to liaise confidently, professionally, and courteously with people at all levels, fostering positive working relationships and effective collaboration.

You demonstrate the ability to work under broad supervision while managing a diverse range of responsibilities as a productive member of a multidisciplinary team. Your strong organisational skills enable you to effectively prioritise competing tasks, manage workloads, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. You are committed to delivering quality service and actively contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives that enhance workplace practices, procedures, and outcomes.

You thrive in dynamic environments and bring flexibility and resilience to rotational roles across services, readily adapting to changing priorities and operational requirements. Your commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and customer-focused service ensures that you make a positive contribution to organisational objectives. Additionally, you hold a current NSW Driver Licence and are willing to travel and drive for work purposes as required, supporting the effective delivery of services across a range of locations.
