An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Administration Officer to join our Allied Health team in a temporary position 3 days per week (Wednesday – Friday) until the end of January 2026.
This role is a varied role and its main purpose is to provide efficient reception and administrative support services for the Allied Health Department. You will have a customer focus and an organised and motivated attitude to assist managers and staff with tasks in order to enable the department to achieve objectives in a timely, reliable and effective manner.

Where you'll be working
You will be working closely with one of Administration Officer with a cross over day mid week. You will also work closely with the multidisciplinary teams that make up our Allied Health Department.

The Administration Officer will provide a range of reception duties, including coordination of outpatient clinic bookings, administrative, secretarial and clerical support to enable Sutherland Hospital Allied Health services to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
