What you'll be doing
As the Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality clerical and customer service support to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. You’ll work closely with specialists, patients and administrative teams to deliver efficient appointment management and accurate documentation.
In this role you will be:
Registering patients, coordinating appointments and preparing clinic documents.
Delivering courteous customer service to patients, carers and clinical staff.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring accurate data entry.
Liaising with medical secretaries and maintaining specialist rosters.
Managing routine tasks including interpreter bookings, scanning and stationery orders.

Experience in frontline customer service role and the ability to effectively manage difficult and challenging situations.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to a multi-skilled team approach/environment.
Previous experience in a health environment.
Ability to learn necessary computer software systems.
