The Maitland Dental Clinic is a 12-chair, purpose-built facility providing high-quality oral health services to the local community. Our dedicated team of Dentists, Dental Therapists, Oral Health Therapists, Prosthetists and Dental Assistants are committed to delivering the best patient care possible.
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to support the smooth operation of our busy clinic.

 

What you’ll do

You will be based at the Maitland Dental Clinic, operating between 8:00am and 4:30pm. Your day to day will include: 

  • Welcome patients, staff and visitors as the first point of contact, delivering professional and supportive service.

  • Manage enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face with warmth and efficiency.

  • Assist and guide patients to help the clinic run smoothly.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and provide reliable admin support.

  • Work collaboratively to foster teamwork, respect and excellence in patient care.

 

About you

We’re seeking a professional and compassionate team member with strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, carers, staff and colleagues. You’ll bring excellent attention to detail, accuracy in administrative processes, and the ability to manage workloads in a busy environment. Proficient with computer systems, you can work independently or collaboratively, while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
