Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting community health? HealthOne Quirindi is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Administration team at reception.

As part of our integrated primary and community health service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients, working alongside General Practice, Community Health, and visiting specialists. Your support will contribute to delivering comprehensive, coordinated, and client-centered care to our local community.

In this role, you’ll also assist with our Medical Outreach Indigenous Chronic Disease Program (MOICDP), supporting Cardiology and Diabetes clinics that run throughout the year, as well as other health services across our site. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that truly makes a difference in promoting optimal health outcomes for patients and consumers.


Your Key Skills:

✔ Proactively manage frontline reception tasks in a high-volume clinical setting.

✔ Utilise multiple computer-based operating systems efficiently.

✔ Have excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.

✔ Be proficient in Microsoft Office with up-to-date knowledge of its applications.

✔ Health service administration experience is valued!
