  • Demonstrated experience providing a broad range of administration and office support services.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels and a commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent written communication skills and demonstrated experience producing high quality documents such as correspondence, meeting papers, briefs, and/or reports.
  • Demonstrated experience using a variety of office applications and electronic record keeping systems such as Microsoft Office and TRIM or HPRM.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and establish positive, effective work relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience to prioritise a demanding workload and ensure tasks are completed by deadlines.
