Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa).
What you'll be doing
Provision of timely and efficient administrative support to the team / department in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures. You will need to be available 7 days a week across a number of shifts.

You are a proactive and reliable administration professional who brings strong communication and interpersonal skills to every aspect of your work. You thrive in team environments, building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, you are capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising workloads, and consistently meeting deadlines in busy environments. Your ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail ensures administrative processes, records, and correspondence are completed to a high standard.
You are confident undertaking a broad range of administrative responsibilities and take pride in delivering professional support with efficiency and accountability. With strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, you are able to effectively manage information, maintain records, and support day-to-day operations.
Adaptable and driven to achieve results, you bring a positive attitude, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work collaboratively with others to support organisational goals and provide excellent customer service.
