Where you'll be working
Ryde Community Mental Health.

What you'll be doing
Provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level administrative and Customer support to the NSRMHS to support the achievement of the department outcomes.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply. 
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria

 

  1. Proven high level organisational skills and ability to set priorities to ensure effective workflow through reception Proven high level organisational skills and ability to set priorities to ensure effective workflow through reception.
  2. Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, word processing (40 words/minute), and experience or willingness to learn new information systems including: eMR, Winc., Oracle.
  3. Demonstrated ability to write reports, briefs, documents and correspondence, including drafting complex correspondence for senior staff, accurately and clearly, minute taking for various meetings.
