We are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our team in the Roster Office at Nepean Hospital.
This role is responsible for data entry into the computerised roster system. The Administration Officer will ensure that all changes are entered in an efficient and thorough manner. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, both in person and over the phone. This role also involves communicating with staff members at varying levels of the organisation.

What you will bring to the role
- Excellent customer service focus
- Demonstrated communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy diplomacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise a demanding workload with proven problem solving skills
- Experience with the Health Roster system or equivalent experience with rostering within a large complex organisation
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy, accuracy and conciseness in documentation
- Understanding and ability to negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
