What you'll be doing
In this varied and fast paced role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of the Whole Family Team and associated services.
• Deliver high quality admin support including reception and enquiries
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, records and documentation
• Maintain accurate data entry across IPM, Cerner and systems
• Support reporting, audits and quality improvement activities
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism

Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a professional and ethical manner.
Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment and maintaining confidentiality
Demonstrated capacity to organise a high level workload with competing priorities in a professional manner with a genuine commitment to customer service and proven ability to liaise with medical and non-medical personnel within the daily workload
Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to confidentially and sensitively handle controversial and emotive issues especially in relation to families and children.
Competency in word processing skills and the ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems as required by the service.
