About the role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to provide high‑level assistance to the Risk Manager and broader team.

The role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and prioritising competing tasks with confidence and efficiency. It requires someone who handles sensitive information with discretion, using secure systems and communication methods to ensure confidential information is correctly managed. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain professional working relationships across the Western NSW Local Health District.

The successful applicant will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and NSW Health systems, along with the ability to research information and prepare well‑structured draft documents.
