About the Role

Royal Prince Alfred is the principal teaching hospital of the University of Sydney and offers speciality services from its main campus as well as from Institute of Rheumatology and Orthopaedics, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and Dame Edith Walker Hospitals. RPAH is one of Australia's leading hospitals, providing an extensive range of diagnostic and treatment services. Its specialities include cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, cancer, respiratory medicine, neurology, liver and kidney transplants.

  

The primary purpose of this role is to act as an Administration Coordinator to the Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Surgical Program by coordinating, managing and assisting with administrative, workforce, financial, education and training, and other professional and personnel functions that support the delivery of Surgical Services at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience and capacity to provide a high level administrative support to senior management staff including meeting coordination, diary management, and financial coordination.

  • Has highly developed organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workflow.
