You’ll be at the heart of our clinic, keeping everything running smoothly, supporting both clinicians and patients, and helping our multi-disciplinary team provide high-quality, culturally sensitive care. Every day will be different, and every day you’ll see the impact of your work in the lives of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Talking directly with refugees, building trusting relationships making them feel welcome and understood.
- Coordinate interpreter bookings and clinic appointments, using your judgement to assess when interpreters are needed.
- Supporting our clinicians with clinic coordination, documentation, and workflow management.
- Connecting with local community services and hospitals to support our patients.
