About the Role
Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
Provide high level managerial support to the Deputy Director of the RPA institute for Academic Medicine and Head of the RPA Division of Medicine, along with the Executive Institute members. This includes management of the operational facets of the IAM Strategic Plan to advance academic medicine through professional development, organisational capacity for research and strategic collaboration; and provide excellence in clinical care for the next generation of clinical researchers.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in health administration and clinical health management.
- Ability to manage all operational facets of the IAM Strategic Plan to advance academic medicine through professional development, organisational capacity for research and strategic collaboration; and to provide support for Division of Medicine activities.
- An understanding of research with sound knowledge of research data management systems inclusive of proficiency in REDCap.
- Superior time management and ability to independently monitor workflow.
