What you'll be doing
As an Administration Clerk Level 2, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the ward. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and communicate effectively will contribute to a positive experience for patients, carers and staff.
Accurately admit, transfer and discharge patients while maintaining data integrity through iPM
Provide professional reception services and respond to enquiries from patients, families and staff
Coordinate administrative activities including transport, interpreter and pastoral care services
Manage patient records, ward documentation and statistical data in line with hospital requirements
Support nursing staff through effective communication, information management and clerical assistance

Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner
Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment
