About the Role
As the first point of contact for many patients and families, you will:
Provide high-quality customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Support patient admissions, discharges, and enquiries
Perform data entry, records management, and general administrative tasks
Assist with reporting, correspondence, and coordination of workflows
Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth ED operations
This role involves shift work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, reflecting the 24/7 nature of the Emergency Department.
About you

Previous administrative experience or relevant qualifications
Confidence using a range of computer systems and technology
Ability to problem solve, take initiative, and work collaboratively
A customer-focused mindset with sensitivity to diverse needs
Calm and composed approach in high-pressure environments

Excellent attention to detail and time management
