About the role
Start a career in health — no qualifications needed.
This role is a structured, on-the-job training pathway that supports you to become an Aboriginal Health Worker. You will learn while you work, building skills to support Aboriginal women, babies and families from pregnancy through to early childhood.
You will work alongside experienced staff and be supported through training and hands-on learning. Your role will include helping families connect with services, supporting basic health checks under supervision, and assisting with health education and early support.
We are looking for someone who is interested in health, willing to learn and committed to supporting Aboriginal people and communities. You don’t need formal qualifications — just a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
You’ll be part of a supportive team and build skills for a long-term career in health.
Be you. Be the difference. Join the mob in health
