As a Registered Nurse in Community Mental Health, you’ll be central to delivering person-centred, evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges in the community. You’ll work closely with patients, their families, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care strategies that promote well-being and recovery.
The Registered Nurse will work in therapeutic and professional relationships, contributing to overall mental health improvement in the community. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and guide less experienced colleagues. A little about us.
ISLHD operate four hospital sites on Dharawal Country in the Illawarra: Coledale District Hospital, Bulli District Hospital, Wollongong Hospital and Shellharbour Hospital.
