Join our dedicated team as a Palliative Care Staff Specialist, delivering expert medical care across the Shoalhaven region within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. Based at Shoalhaven Memorial, David Berry, and Milton-Ulladulla Hospitals, this role includes inpatient and community-based palliative care, shared admitting responsibilities at David Berry Hospital, and collaboration with a skilled interdisciplinary team. There is an after hours on-call requirement that covers the district for both inpatient and community patients.

Shoalhaven Hospital, located on Yuin Country, is the main acute care hospital for the Shoalhaven region, providing emergency care, medical, surgical and orthopaedic services. The hospital has an Intensive Care Unit focusing on high dependency and coronary patients, Children’s Ward and Maternity Unit, as well as a purpose-built regional Cancer Care Centre and sub-acute Mental Health Unit.
