Location: Position will be based at Westmead, travel to other sites across WSLHD will be required as and when necessary.

What you'll be doing
As the AFM Online Administrator, you’ll lead the ongoing development, optimisation and administration of the AFM Online system across WSLHD. You will enhance asset maintenance performance, ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory standards, improve data quality and empower users with the right tools, training and insights.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance AFM Online, including asset registers, interfaces, maintenance schedules and associated systems
Maintain integrity of property and equipment data, ensuring consistency across financial and operational databases
Develop quality control processes to validate and integrate asset information from capital works and O&M manuals
Lead customer service, training and system support for up to 2,000 users, ensuring an efficient and positive experience
Design reporting formats and deliver insights to management on asset performance, trends and utilisation
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline maintenance workflows and strengthen communication
Manage the integration of maintenance contracts into AFM Online throughout their lifecycle
Drive continual improvement in data collection, asset condition reporting and maintenance planning processes

Appropriate diploma/degree in management, information technology, engineering and/or equivalent experience.
Proven experience related to managing maintenance information systems and ability to develop and implement performance measures.
Conversant with principles of Total Asset Management (TAM) Services, Life Cycle Costing of assets.
Technical understanding of building services.
Highly developed analytical and reasoning skills. Ability to manage several projects at once ensuring timely completion within agreed budgets.
Proven ability to manage change. Ability to anticipate and implement cultural change in regard to operation of maintenance services within a health care environment.
Practical experience in the development of custom solutions and acquainted with all the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
