1. Highly advanced clinical skills, advanced clinical reasoning and excellent patient management skills in all aspects of general public sector dentistry, including ability to work independently as a sole practitioner.
2. Strong commitment to work in rural NSW and understanding of issues related to working in Aboriginal communities and with rural communities.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a clinic based dental team; and demonstrated history of working well as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary dental clinic team.
4. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a digital dental team environment, including but not limited to electronic oral health records, digital imaging and telehealth systems.
