About the role
The Wellbeing Nurse Coordinator works within the identified schools to support children and families through coordination of health care.
The Wellbeing Nurse Coordinator works as the link between the school and the health care system by navigating the journey for identified children. This role focuses on coordination of health care to support children who have been identified at school as needing support or specialist’s appointments.
This role supports the following schools:
- Mudgee High School
- Mudgee Primary School
- Cudgegong Valley Public School
- Gulgong Public School
- Gulgong High School
As the Wellbeing Nurse Coordinator you support all schools, however the base school is Mudgee High School. The role works as part of the Service Delivery Directive.
