- A degree in a relevant health-related field, or equivalent work experience in a multidisciplinary health or welfare setting, including volunteer service. Previous experience in coordinator roles and working with volunteers is essential.
- Demonstrated administrative abilities including sound computer and writing skills, alongside strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven experience in planning and delivering training programs, supervision, policy implementation, and contributing to strategic service planning.
- A strong interest in and comprehensive understanding of Palliative Care principles, with practical experience applying these in relevant settings. Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WH&S) principles and quality improvement processes.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
