- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- At least 2 years post graduate experience ideally with previous exposure to Neurosurgery in an Australian or New Zealand teaching hospital environment.
- Demonstrated experience in neurosurgery or related fields.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to clinical excellence.
- Previous experience in Intensive Care or High Dependency units.
- Basic surgical skills
- Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety
