Technical Assistant (Grade 2) - Nuclear Medicine (Temporary Full Time/Temporary Part Time)
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (38 hours per week) and Temporary Part Time (minimum 24 hours per week) up to June 2027, with possibility of extension. A Job Share arrangement may be considered for suitable Part Time applicants.

About the Role
You will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital (CRGH), a leading tertiary teaching hospital recognised for providing high-quality healthcare to returned servicemen and women, local communities, and patients from across the region. The purpose of this role is to support the Medical Radiation Science (MRS) workforce in the delivery of high-quality Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT imaging services at CRGH. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the safe, efficient, and patient-centred delivery of diagnostic imaging services, helping to optimise workflow, enhance the patient experience, and achieve positive clinical outcomes.

Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working in a healthcare environment and has an interest in Imaging and patient care.
- Can communicate effectively and professionally and contribute collaboratively to team goals
- Ability to prioritise and demonstrate strong time management skills and follow relevant procedures with a basic knowledge of radiation safety principles.
- For Full Time candidates - Availability to work Monday to Friday, undertaking 8-hour shifts with flexible start time between 7:30-8:30 am and finish time 4:00-5:00 pm
For Part Time candidates - Availability to work minimum 3 days per week. A
job share arrangement may be considered for suitable Part Time applicants.
