What you'll be doing
The Research Administrative Officer Level 3 provides administrative services and quality support to Research Departments. The Administrative Officer will work with other Research staff to ensure the timely, efficient, and effective operation of key functions and activity conducted by the Research departments and those involved in research.

- Demonstrated experience in customer service within a health care setting or customer service industry.
- Demonstrated excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to exercise basic problem-solving skills with reference to established methods and procedures.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload in a high activity environment and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Knowledge of/Willingness to learn hospital management systems or computer software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook), StaffLink, Recruitment On Board (ROB), HealthRoster and ORACLE.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise work demands and achieve deadlines
