“Twenty years ago, when I joined Manning Base Hospital in Taree, I was searching for a place to grow professionally and serve meaningfully. I found not only strong institutional support to build a comprehensive Nephrology service, but also an environment of exceptional collaboration across medical teams. The hospital has enabled both personal and professional development far beyond what I might have achieved in a larger city. With supportive management, friendly and collegial staff, and upcoming upgrades like a new inpatient building and a transition to digital patient records, Manning Base continues to evolve as an ideal place to work”
