Sonographer / Radiographer

1. Hold current AHPRA registration to work as a Radiographer, with the MRPB of Australia and hold a current NSW EPA I-14 Radiation Licence. Or ASAR accredited Medical Sonographer with a post graduate degree in Sonography, or qualifications or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer and performs Cardiac Sonography or Electrophysiological Studies (EPS).
2. Demonstrated experience in the performance and delivery of high quality ultrasound examinations and the ability to perform routine to complex clinical procedures within specialist modality, with a high degree of competency, under pressure and time constrains.
3. Proven knowledge of the majority of current ultrasound examinations, ability to teach, supervise and evaluate performance.
4. Ability to rotate between other modalities to maintain WH&S considerations in relation to extended ultrasound, when required.
