About the Role:

As a Social Worker Level 1/2, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical services to clients and their families and caregivers, supporting positive health outcomes and meaningful recovery.

Working within the dynamic Newcastle Community Mental Health Service, this rewarding opportunity will see you collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team while managing a diverse and engaging caseload. Newcastle Community Mental Health Service, located at the James Fletcher Hospital site, is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care. We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Essential Requirements:

  • Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
