About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The primary purpose of this role is to provide senior clinical leadership and team management within the Social Work Department. The position will also support the mentoring and development of staff and carries a clinical caseload.

Ideal Candidate
- Currently holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Able to apply and share expert knowledge with colleagues and other health professionals to enhance service delivery.
- Has extensive experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
This recruitment may be used to create a talent pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
