About the Role

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. The primary purpose of this role is to provide senior clinical leadership and team management within the Social Work Department. The position will also support the mentoring and development of staff and carries a clinical caseload.

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Able to apply and share expert knowledge with colleagues and other health professionals to enhance service delivery.
  • Has extensive experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
