This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and lead the Menopause Clinic in SLHD. Working closely alongside the medical lead and allied health clinicians, this service provides clinical services to women with complex menopause symptoms.

The Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) Menopause Services Coordinator will work with the multidisciplinary team project within SLHD to plan, develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate new menopause services for women experiencing severe symptoms of menopause. The position will provide a support and advisory role for SLHD to external partners to work closely on the planning and establishment of menopause services providing strategic advice on local services in SLHD.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in an allied health profession and current registration to practice and/or eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association.
- Advanced relevant clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of allied health services in a wide range of clinical areas including women’s health.
- Extensive experience and demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
- Holds a current NSW driver licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
