Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications in the discipline of business, human resources, organisation development or other relevant area and/or experience delivering the full breadth of human resources services within a complex and diverse workforce.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively and influence and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders including senior leaders, managers and staff.
- Experience developing and implementing best practice strategic human resources projects and initiatives.
