What you'll be doing
Join WSLHD as a Level 3 Social Work Senior Clinician, leading complex care with expertise and autonomy across clinical services and improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Delivering expert care in complex, critical situations
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Providing specialist consultation across teams
- Leading planning and evaluation of services
- Driving quality and policy implementation

Essential Criteria:
- Degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated high level clinical experience and understanding of the needs of clients accessing the health care system.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service improvement and skills in providing training and education with experience in staff and/or student supervision.
- Well-developed time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and / or clinical practice improvement activities.
- Ability to participate in the After Hours Crisis On Call Social Work Service.
