This is an exception opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Officer with a strong background working in clinical redesign and project management to support organisational change initiatives whilst working closely with executive and clinical leaders withing ESMHS. The role will undertake a range of activities including research, critical analysis, policy and guidance writing, strategic planning, significant stakeholder management, and management and coordination of consultation activities. The successful candidate will be required to work independently on complex tasks and demonstrate critical decision-making skills.

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health-related area, Change or Project Management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, and lead change.
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in project delivery, including planning, coordination reporting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels within a high volume dynamic work environment.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position) .
