We have an exciting opportunity to join and lead an established Identity and Access Management team as the Senior Product Owner.

The team support Identity and Access Management functions for over 200,000 NSW Health workforce employees as well as NSW state citizen authentication use cases. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large and complex environment and to contribute to supporting NSW Health.

Health Manager Level 5, commencing salary from $166,678 - $186,448 per annum + 11.5% Super and Annual Leave loading

What you will do

As a key member of the Identity and Access Management team, you will provide leadership over:

  • Lifecycle management of identities from on-boarding to to off-boarding and adhering to password policies in credential management
  • Access management of both workforce, external suppliers and citizen cohorts. Implement and maintain access control policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Management of entitlements and RBAC across target directories and systems
  • Privileged account management and privilege access control of business critical applications
  • Line management of a capable identity team comprising of architects, specialists and support personnel

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

  • Extensive experience in the area of identity and access management within a large enterprise
  • Hands on experience with the Oracle Identity and Access Management suite
  • Hands on experience with Quest One Identity
  • Experience with the use of CyberArk for privilege account management
  • Experience with brokered solutions using cloud identity products and other identity providers such as the federal Digital ID and ServiceNSW
  • Proven track record in managing both operational and development aspects for Identity products
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
