Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $125,693 - $138,510 p.a. (plus Super and annual leave loading)

What you'll be doing
This role will be responsible for:
- Leading the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic policies and programs to support culturally safe palliative and end of life care for Aboriginal people and communities across NSW.
- Research, analyse and provide strategic advice on evolving and emerging policy issues around the Health and Social Policy End of Life and Palliative Care portfolio, including Aboriginal palliative care.
- Building and developing strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Work alongside a team of policy professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and cooperation.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated relevant, professional and management experience in the area of health and social policy. This includes experience in and/or strong understanding of Aboriginal end of life and palliative care and the NSW Government Closing the Gap initiatives and priority reform areas.
- Significant experience in developing, analysing and evaluating policy and other projects in a multi-disciplinary or multi-agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders to deliver on complex policy, program and project areas.
