Remuneration: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour
Hours Per Week: 32 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
Join WSLHD as a Podiatrist delivering expert care, leading high-risk foot services, and shaping best practice across clinics. Key responsibilities will be to:
Provide advanced podiatry care to complex inpatient and outpatient cases
Lead and mentor junior podiatrists and students for clinical excellence
Drive service improvements through policy, quality, and best practice initiatives
Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Stay at the forefront of podiatry through continuing education and research

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current full registration with AHPRA as a Podiatrist.
Selection Criteria:
Significant clinical experience in providing Podiatric services to patients with complex needs including experience in gait analysis, prescription and application of orthotic therapy and offloading devices
Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and teaching of staff and students.
Demonstrated experience in the development of policies, procedures, standards, practices, and/or guidelines.
Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team and autonomously; to be able to work under minimum direct professional supervision.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice.
