About Your Role
The Physiotherapy department at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital is looking for a hardworking, experienced and team-oriented Physiotherapist. The Senior Outpatient Paediatric Physiotherapist will be responsible for a clinical caseload including, but not limited to, neurodevelopmental (gross motor delay, neurological monitoring), infant orthopaedics (DDH clinic, plagiocephaly, talipes), child and teenager musculoskeletal. The applicant will also be responsible for various other tasks including upskilling other clinicians, supervising level 1/2s and students, and project implementation. They must be able to work well in a large multidisciplinary team and lead change in a challenging environment. Our Physiotherapy team consists of around 20 Physiotherapists who play a crucial role in the hospital and community settings. The outpatient department is located in the recently developed Health Services Hub and is modern and spacious.
