About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join us in this critical leadership role supporting the delivery of safe, quality patient care across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD).
As the Senior Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading a high-performing team to design, deliver and evaluate education and organisational development programs across our large and diverse workforce.
- Developing and implementing leadership and organisational strategies that embed the MLHD CORE values, strengthen culture, and build workforce capability and engagement.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including HETI, universities and training organisations to strengthen development pathways within MLHD.
- Overseeing the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring best practice governance and education methodologies.
- Building an inclusive and supportive workplace, with a strong focus on Aboriginal cultural development, inclusion and belonging.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive senior-level experience in education, organisational development or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership capability with proven experience building organisational culture, workforce capability and employee engagement.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, inclusion, diversity and embedding cultural values into workplace practices.
