Remuneration: $166,678.00 – $186,448.00 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40
Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards - with hybrid working conditions available
The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Customer Insights and Advocacy is responsible for driving customer centricity throughout HealthShare NSW, by leading programs relating to customer experience and engagement, and working closely with LHD partners to make system-wide improvements through data driven decisions. This role manages the Customer Insights and Advocacy team, and works closely with senior leaders across the NSW Health system.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers must provide evidence of a COVID-19 primary vaccination course (2 doses) which have been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate if received in Australia, or overseas records from a legitimate source.
