About the Role
Sydney Dental Hospital (SDH) has been serving the local community since 1904. The Hospital is a centre of excellence and throughout its history has been a key driver in shaping oral health and dental care in Australia.
Provision of clinical services within the discipline of Special Needs Dentistry (SND) across multiple sites within Sydney Local Health District as per the Ministry of Health (MoH) List Management Protocols and Specialist Referral Guidelines. Participation in quality improvement and research activities and assisting in ensuring that the department meets all requirements for Accreditation of Sydney Dental Hospital (SDH) - Oral Health Services (OHS) against National and other Standards.

- Dental qualifications suitable for full registration to practice as a Dentist with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA).
- Demonstrable experience in providing full range of general dental care in the field of Special Needs Dentistry, including experience in providing dental treatment under general anesthesia and managing complex medical histories.
