About The Opportunity
Our ideal candidate will have a relevant clinical background and within their application be able to demonstrate an understanding of and experience with clinical information system processes and governance.

Step into a role that’s as forward-thinking as it is impactful. As part of our Digital Health team, you’ll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation—leveraging cutting-edge technologies to transform clinical administration and patient care. This position places you in one of NSW’s most diverse and rapidly expanding health districts, offering a vibrant, collaborative environment where your ideas truly matter.

Here, you're not just enhancing operational efficiency; you're reshaping the way patients and staff experience healthcare. It's an opportunity to make meaningful contributions through advanced clinical systems that support smarter workflows, better outcomes, and a more connected health future.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the governance of our clinical information systems portfolio—driving structure and accountability across key digital health initiatives. You'll partner with clinicians, stakeholders, and technical teams to uncover system enhancements and guide the implementation of user-focused solutions. With a keen eye on clinical needs, you’ll evaluate, prioritise, and manage stakeholder demands, ensuring our digital portfolio delivers real impact where it matters most.

This role thrives on collaboration. You’ll partner closely with the SWSLHD Clinical Systems Teams—including clinicians and Digital Health specialists—to ensure digital systems are tailored to frontline needs. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help bring initiatives to life while liaising with NSW Health Pillars, eHealth NSW, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements that are effective, seamless, and future-ready.

What You'll Be Doing
