Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to large-scale organisational change initiatives within a public pathology or health system environment with enterprise-wide impacts on clinical, laboratory, and operational ways of working.
Formal qualifications in Change Management, such as PROSCI Certification, or an equivalent tertiary qualification relevant to organisational change or change management practice.
Demonstrated experience in applying a structured approach to change management and project management within in complex public pathology or health system environments, which has people, process and/or system impacts, including understanding of data sources required to support effective change management planning, risk management and execution.
Ability to exhibit exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, critical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical recommendations that increase engagement and adoption within regulated public pathology or health system environment.
Proven ability to anticipate, identify and address issues and potential problems that may have an impact on change objectives and adoption.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines.
Capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health facilities across New South Wales which may include overnight stays. A current unencumbered NSW Class C Drivers Licence is required.
