The Role
They will provide high quality care to patients/clients and their carers consistent with NSW Ministry of Health (MoH) and SouthEastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies, procedures and standards.

- Bachelor of Science or Equivalent and Post Graduate Qualification in Electrophysiology or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer. Eligible for full membership with Professionals in Cardiac Sciences Australia and the Australian Council for Clinical Physiologists (ACCP).
- Extensive clinical experience within general cardiology diagnostics with a special interest in Electrophysiology and Cardiac devices
- Demonstrated ability to provide high level of guidance, leadership and management of resources and services equivalent to the intricacies of the role.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel, complex or critical nature
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and demonstrated application of evidence-based practice within their clinical area
- Cardiac Catheter Laboratory skills including physiological measurements/quantification and haemodynamic monitoring with the ability to troubleshoot/address Cardiac equipment/software issues
- Negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
