Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a highly organised and motivated SDPR Training & Education Coordinator to join the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program on a temporary full-time basis for 6 months. This exciting opportunity will play a key role in preparing our workforce for the implementation of one of the largest digital health transformations in NSW Health. 

About the Role

As the SDPR Training & Education Coordinator, you will coordinate training activities and workforce readiness initiatives to support the successful implementation of the Single Digital Patient Record across MNCLHD. Working closely with the SDPR Training Team and key stakeholders, you will ensure staff have access to the training, resources and support needed to confidently transition to the new digital system. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate SDPR training activities across the Local Health District.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration, enrolments and reporting.
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, resources and logistics.
  • Monitor training participation, completion rates and workforce readiness metrics.
  • Provide advice and support to managers, educators and staff regarding training requirements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and communications to support stakeholder engagement.
  • Liaise with trainers, educators and site representatives to facilitate local training delivery.
  • Support go-live readiness activities and post-training support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through evaluation and feedback processes. 

About You

We are looking for a collaborative and proactive professional with:

  • Qualifications in education, business, administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience coordinating training, learning, workforce development or project activities within a large organisation.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems and training administration platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the District as required.
