About the Opportunity 
The Macarthur & Bowral Library Service is recruiting for a Research and Archivist Librarian (Grade 2) to join our dynamic Library team. This position is based at Campbelltown Hospital in the Macarthur Clinical Library and will also be supporting staff at Camden and Bowral & District Hospitals.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to develop your career as a health librarian and join a small, friendly and dedicated team. This essential role assists in the delivery of safe and high-quality health services through support for research, staff development and evidence-based practice. What You'll be Doing
The Research and Archivist Librarian is responsible for coordinating Library research support programs including a literature search service and research skills training and providing a range of high-quality, client-focused information services in support of evidence-based patient care, professional development, and research, under the leadership of the Library Manager. The role is also required to identify, catalogue and promote an archival collection to preserve the history of the Hospitals and is responsible for the management of the Library in the absence of the Library Manager. The position is full-time and fixed term until the 30 June 2026.
