In this role you’ll be supporting adults with brain injury through person-centred case management, enabling reintegration into their homes, communities, and workplaces.
- Delivering advanced, person-centred rehab care
- Liaising across services for seamless support
- Developing and evaluating client rehab plans
- Collaborating with funders and providers
- Contributing to innovation and research

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Bachelor of Occupational therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, or Physiotherapy, or Masters or Doctorate in Psychology
- Registration: Eligible for professional registration within their respective discipline and if applicable, registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in the assessment and provision of rehabilitation services within the specialised area of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and/or acquired brain injury (ABI).
- Demonstrated experience in developing rehabilitation plans and the provision of case management.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making, and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
- Demonstrated advanced reasoning skills with the ability to apply independent professional judgement to a range of complex clinical situations.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of person centred care, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Approved icare/Lifetime Care Case Manager status, or willingness to work towards the same and current working knowledge of NSW CTP, Workcover and icare schemes.
