Registered Nurse - Targeted

About the role: 

As a Registered Nurse on Ward J3, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional pre- and post-operative care to a diverse surgical cohort, with a clinical focus on upper gastrointestinal and colorectal procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive Patient Care – Deliver personalised, evidence-based care across each phase of the surgical journey to support safe and effective recovery.

• Collaborative Practice – Partner with surgeons, allied health teams, and clinical educators to ensure holistic, patient-centred outcomes.

• Advanced Clinical Skills – Refine your surgical nursing capabilities in areas such as wound care, pain management, and early complication identification.

• Patient & Family Advocacy – Provide clear, compassionate communication to educate and empower patients and their loved ones.
