An exceptional opportunity is now available for Registered Nurses to join the Renal Ambulatory Care Team at Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care to patients, their families, and carers.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, using clear and effective communication to plan, implement, assess, and evaluate patient care. A key aspect of this role involves advocating for the unique needs of all patients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and those from culturally diverse backgrounds, particularly during specialised procedures.

- What you will bring to the role
- Current registration to practice as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing as a registered nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse), preferably with cannulation experience
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
- Able to perform effectively as a team member
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
- Commitment to professional development
